We do offer many services here at our agency. Many times, clients enjoy the idea of a team of marketing professional assembled around their brand, all in the same ad agency. Sometimes, however, we have a client that only needs our public relations services or another that may only need us to handle their social media marketing. You don't need to be in need of integrated marketing and advertising to be a client of The Dines Group.

What do your services cost?
A. Our prices are variable.
Due to the nature of the advertising industry, exact pricing is difficult to determine without knowing the scope of the project. For example, if we said an email newsletter program would cost $100.00 a month, an organization may end up requiring a 24-page newsletter written and translated into three different languages! Well, that would cost us more than $100.00. So talk with us--we're not too expensive; we just want to make sure we're honest with you based on the scope of the project.

I run a small business in Pittsburgh. I would love to have a great marketing agency, but I don't have $500,000 to retain one. Can we talk?
A. Yes! We founded this agency to help local businesses as much as we can!
It's very important to us. The marketing industry is somewhat seasonal, with clients requiring our work more at some times than others. When we can, we love to take on even the smallest of businesses in Pittsburgh. We're all in this together, after all, and helping the good people of the city of Pittsburgh is very special to our agency.

It looks like you cater to small business. We have a larger business with a national consumer base. Can we talk?
A. Yes, we should certainly talk.
Our agency keeps a very healthy balance of local and national clients, and our roster typically includes both businesses with millions of dollars in sales and clients who are trying to make their first $100,000. Our collective agency experience is in marketing national and international companies and is certainly what we consider to be "in our wheelhouse." We like to bring our large-company thinking to smaller, local businesses, not the other way around.

We're really interested in The Dines Group but we aren't based in Pittsburgh. Can we work together?
A. Yes, absolutely!
We're very experienced in working with major clients around the country and overseas. We love and support Pittsburgh businesses as much as we can, but we're well aware that in 2012, it's a global marketplace. We'll be glad to work with you no matter where you are located.

Do you respond to RFPs?
A. Yes, we do.
If we feel there is a good fit between our advertising agency and your business, we'll be glad to participate in an RFP process. We will not, however, design entire creative campaigns for RFPs without compensation.

A. We're a young advertising agency here in Pittsburgh
But you've absolutely seen our work. We have all spent many years in the advertising industry with other advertising agencies throughout the nation and we bring years of experience to the founding of our own agency. It's true that we're not a 70-year business here in Pittsburgh, but we certainly will be (just give us 68 more years). Every great story has to begin somewhere.
